- General: All fees quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated and must be paid in full. The prevailing GST rate from 1 January 2024 is 9%. - Refund / Cancellation / Product Return Policy: Purchases of product packages, downloads, eBooks, electronic and online products/services, extended online access and purchases from previous year sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or return of any individual component contained within a product package will require the remaining items to be charged at full retail value plus S$58 administrative fee. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns of print materials will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam date, regardless of when the order was delivered. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of S$58. Materials must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap in order to be considered for a refund.
- Requests for orders to be cancelled after processing will result in a S$58 restocking fee deducted from the refund. If the order has been shipped and is in transit with courier service, this will result in the shipping costs being deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the S$58 restocking fee, once the order has been returned.
- You must contact Kaplan Higher Education Academy (KHEA) via phone number +65 6733 1877 or email contact.sg@kaplan.com to obtain a Refund Form that is to be included with items being returned. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 business days after the return is received. - Program Cancellation / Refund Policy: (In-Class and Online) Refunds will be issued, not inclusive of S$116 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received by Kaplan Schweser at least 30 days in advance of the program/review start date. No refunds can be granted if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the program/review start date, or if a registrant fails to attend. - Online Product Cancellation / Refund Policy: Cancellation requests for SchweserPro™ - Online Version will be accepted within the first 10 days of online access being granted. Refunds will be issued, not inclusive of S$58 administrative fee, and the amount may be prorated as determined based on the extent of usage of online resources. After the expiration of this 10-day period, no refunds will be granted. No cancellation requests will be accepted less than 30 days prior to the exam, regardless of when online access was granted.
- Discount / Refund Policy: Requests for discounts/refunds will be considered within 30 days of the date your order is processed for fulfillment. We are unable to honor discounts or issue refunds for orders processed beyond that time frame. Discounted pricing may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
